Daniel Westwater- Vice President of On Board Boston, Daniel graduated from Umass Boston with a degree in Political Science. Currently he works for Hachett Book Group with over 16 years of skateboarding experience.

Sean Kinsella - Secretary of Skate for On Board Boston. He attended Salem state and spent several years in Chicago before moving back to Boston. Sean has been skating for over 20 years.

Daniel Gallant
Chief Operations Officer for On Board Boston. Dan started his volunteer work back in high school helping serve breakfast the Pine Street Inn. After college Dan volunteered to serve the night shift of a local suicide hotline while he studied for the LSAT. Now a Suffolk Law School Alumni and a Criminal Defense Attorney with an office in Boston, Dan volunteers as a Big Brother through the Boston branch of Big Brother Big Sister, and has been helping out behind the scenes of OBB since its inception.
Stephanie LaVita
Stephanie LaVita- Currently enrolled at Bunker Hill Community college, Steph has been an active voice in the female skateboarding community. She is the founder of New England's Female Skateboarding (N.E.F.S.) and is a past councilor at WoodWord Skate Camp. She has been skating for over 10 years.
Chris Sterling
Chris Sterling- Has extensive background with at-risk youth and adult populations. He has worked with The Home for Little Wanderers, Fenway Community Health, and as a Guardian Ad Litem. After many years working in social services Chris obtained his Law degree and has been a practicing lawyer since. Outside of law Chris works security for one of Boston's largest night clubs.
Chris has been involved with skateboarding and skate culture for 31 years, and was a sponsored skater in the mid-1990s.
